The palpebroplasty or blepharoplasty is the n° 1 facial surgery.
It aims is to restore glamor to the eyes.
At the upper eyelid: it will be done by an incision hidden in the fold with a cutaneous resection (+ - a portion of muscle).
At the same time, fat bags are treated

Do not remove too much fat in the outer part of the eyelid to avoid a cadaverous hollow eye.
Do not remove too much skin in the outer part of the eyelid, if it is related to a fall of the eyebrow.
In this case a suspension is carried out by the same route or is associated with it a temporal lifting or suspension by notched threads

This surgery does not remove dark circles (the bluish appearance) but attenuates this aspect. Fat injection is delicate at this level and is to be reserved for few cases, after examination of the patient and in a very deep plane to avoid greasy spots on the skin sometimes indelible.
If the cheekbones are down, we can associate a filling of the cheekbones (fat, or fillers) or suspension with threads
